Surf Fishing In Duck and on the Outer Banks has been good with lots of spot, croaker, sea mullet, bluefish, flounder, and trout. A good mixed bag this week. Water Temp is 73 degrees and the next high tide is at 6:32pm.Best baits have been bloodworm, squid, and mullet. Crabbing has also been very good in the sound using hand lines and chicken necks or fish. Our inshore charters have had great catches of blues, and mackerel. Our offshore charters have been catching dolphin, and tuna.
Surf Fishing: Has been great with lots of sea mullet, spot, and big croakers using shrimp or bloodworms. Flounder are being caught on flounder rigs dragging them slow across the bottom with strips of squid. Also catching blues with small spoons or cut mullet.Water Temp is 76 degrees. High tide is at 7:46pm.
Half Day Charters: Lots of nice size spanish mackerel, blues, and flounder.
Offshore Charters: Good numbers of dolphin, yellowfin tuna, billfish, and a few big eyes.
Today Surf Fishing has been excellent with lots of small blues being caught on small spoons and cut mullet. Spot, Croakers, and Sea Mullet are being taken on small pieces of bloodworms. Flounder are being caught off the surf with a flounder rig and strips of squid. Water Temp is 74 degrees. Next high tide is at 9:31pm.
Piers: Catching blues, spanish, and sea mullet.
Half Day Charters: Sound fishing has been good with lots of flounder and bottom fish. Ocean trips are catching good numbers of spanish mackerel, blues, and a few cobia.
Offshore Charters: Are catching some dolphin and tuna but has been a little slow the past couple of days offshore.
Duck Surf:
Good numbers of small bluefish and seamullet.
Fishing Piers:
Bluefish and seamullet. The blues on gotcha plugs and the seamullet on fresh shrimp or bloodworms.

Offshore Charters: Good numbers of tuna and dolphin.
