Today weather has disrupted the fishing, should be better conditions tomorrow. I would like to take a moment and pay tribute to a true friend we recently lost, Mike from Bulgaria. Mike was a customer here who quickly became a dear friend to all the crew here at Bobs Bait And Tackle. When Mike was here in town this was kinda his hangout spot. Mike was the type of person who could go out and catch skate or small shark, which would be a nuisance to most people, he would enjoy catching them over and over again. He was very humble. Anyone who works on the Outer Banks in the off season will tell you a lot of days can be very long and boring. Everyone here would hope Mike was back in town because he would come in here for hours and talk and joke around making those days some of your best memories. He will truly be missed by all of us here at Bobs, and we are very fortunate we got to cross paths with him! Here’s to you Buddy!!
