Very rough conditions all along the Outer Banks today 9/18/2019. Hopefully by tomorrow afternoon surf conditions will improve and should be some good fishing. Lots of red drum, trout, blues, and bottom fish. We will start running our sportsman half day charters tomorrow afternoon should also be good fishing as well. We just got in some fresh finger mullet this afternoon, cob mullet, fresh shrimp, and bloodworms.

Bobs Bait And Tackle Outer Banks Fishing Report 9/16/2019
Fishing along the Outer Banks today has been really good with lots of red drum, speckled trout, spot, sea mullet, and pompano. Water temp in Duck is 74 degrees. All of our half and full day charter OBX fishing trips are also having really good sucess. We have fresh shrimp, fresh finger mullet, and bloodworms arriving daily.

Fishing along the surf on the Outer Banks today has been excellent. Lots of puppy drum, pompano, sea mullet, bluefish, spot, and some trout. Water temp on the OBX is 73 degrees. Next high tide is at 5:48 pm. Our fishing charters are doing great, sportsman trips are getting lots of speckled trout and big red drum. Our nearshore trips have been getting spanish mackerel and bluefish. Our offshore boats have been catching blackfin tuna, mahi, and billfish.

Letting everyone know we are now open regular business hours. Seas are calming down. We have had some people fishing this morning already and have had some bottom fish, puppy drum, and few flounder caught off the beach. Looking good for this upcoming week.

Fishing report for Outer Banks today has been good so far. Plenty of bottom fish, pompano, red drum, and some bluefish. Bloodworms, fresh mullet, and fresh shrimp has been working best. Surf fishing on the Outer Banks is really good today. Plenty of bottom fish, trout, blues, and some nice size flounder and puppy drum. Bloodworms, fresh mullet, and fresh shrimp is working good. We do have fresh shrimp and fresh mullet in stock. Water temp is warm. Conditions are calm. Our charter trips are doing very well with limits of speckled trout, drum, blues, mackerel, and flounder. Our offshore charters are getting white marlin, sailfish, few blue marlin, mahi, and few tuna.

Outer Banks Fishing Report 8/22/2019 Bobs Bait And Tackle
Up and down the beach earlier this morning from Corolla to Nags Head we have had reports of spot, croaker, sea mullet, bluefish, and some small puppy drum. Next high tide is at 11:54 pm in Duck. The nearshore charters have been catching mackerel, bluefish, ribbon fish, and a scattered cobia. Our sportsman charters are catching lots of nice size speckled trout, and really big red drum. Our offshore full day trips are getting mahi, scattered tuna, sailfish, white and blue marlin. The fishing piers on the Outer Banks, Avalon, Nags Head, and Outer Banks Pier have been having good results on bottom fish, bluefish, and mackerel. Conditions are calm.
