Fishing Report for the Outer Banks the past few days we have had some really good fishing along the beach and from our charter boats. Along the surf and piers today we are catching kingfish, flounder, bluefish, mackerel, and more. Water temp in Duck and Corolla is 64 degrees. Winds are west at 6 knots. High tide will be at 7:06 pm. Down around Oregon inlet there has lots of small trout and some puppy drum. Our nearshore and sportsman half day charters have been getting mackerel, blues, cobia, and red drum. Our deep water offshore fishing trips are catching tile fish, good numbers of gaffer dolphin fish, and some wahoo. Bobs Bait And Tackle Fishing Report 5/13/2019
Fishing along the Outer Banks today has been good. Reports of bluefish, croakers, keeper black drum and lots of kingfish. Water temp in Duck and Corolla is 59-60 degrees. South of Oregon inlet to Hatteras have been about the same plus some drum and speckled trout. Little bridge on the causeway heading toward Manteo they caught a lot of speckled trout this morning but most were short to keep. Piers on the OBX catching sea mullet, croaker, and some bluefish.

OBX fishing report today along the beach has been decent with good numbers of sea mullet, bluefish, and some speckled trout. Water temp from Corolla to Southern Shores today is 63 degrees. Next high tide will be 10:43 pm. Winds are currently ESE 9 knots. Air temp is 70 degrees and sunny. Ed, Nat, and Debbie took our surf fishing class, hosted by Mark, and had a great time. Our nearshore, sportsman, and offshore charter boats have been doing very good. We have boats headed back out this evening and all day tomorrow.

Surf fishing along the northern Outer Banks in Duck and Corolla has been good so far this morning. Plenty of king fish, (aka sea mullet), bluefish, some black drum, and speckled trout. Best baits have been shrimp, mullet, and blood-worms. Our charter boats we have booked, should have a great day, weather looks good. The sea temperature in Duck has gone up to 62 degrees this morning. Next high tide will be around 9:12 pm tonight. Winds are calm NNE 5 knots. Fishing on the Outer Banks today has been right good with reports of spot, croaker, kingfish, blues, and some trout. Water temp in Duck is 58 degrees today. Next high tide will be at 7:48 pm. Winds are SSW at 10 knots. Our nearshore, extended, and sportsman fishing charters caught lots of bluefish, mackerel, and good numbers of cobia south of oregon inlet yesterday. Outer Banks fishing report the past couple of days has been excellent. We have had reports of big croakers, lots of bluefish, and sea mullet, speckled trout, and puffers. Water temp is 56 degrees. Winds are WSW at 8 knots. Next high tide today in Duck, NC will be at 6:35 pm. The bluefish have been so thick that we have been catching them on artificial lures. Outer Banks charter fishing, our inshore and nearshore trips have been getting a lot of bluefish, mackerel, albacore, and some cobia in the mix. Our deep water offshore charters are still getting a lot of tuna, and some mahi. Overall fishing along the OBX from Corolla to Hatteras is excellent.

Yesterday fishing on the Outer Banks was very good with reports of speckled trout, bluefish, sea mullet, black drum, and croakers. Water temp in Duck is 58 degrees. From Avalon to Outer Banks pier there have been a lot of large trout caught. Our offshore fishing charters today caught lots of tuna, some mahi, and few wahoo. Our half day fishing trips out of oregon inlet caught speckled trout, bluefish, and some red drum. Bobs surf fishing clinic hosted by Mark caught bluefish and bottom fish.

Charter fishing on the Outer Banks was pretty good yesterday. Our nearshore boats caught lots of bluefish. On our sportsman charters we caught speckled trout and few red drum. Our OBX offshore fishing charter boats caught yellowfin tuna again.

In Duck and Corolla today we have had reports of puffers, dogfish, sea mullet, trout, and some bigger size bluefish. Water temp in Duck is 55 degrees. Next high tide is at 9:42 pm. Winds are from the North at 11 knots. Seas are fairly calm today. Down south a bit in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head there has been more trout and few drum. Our fishing charters out of Oregon Inlet we offer have been doing very well.
