Up and down the beach earlier this morning from Corolla to Nags Head we have had reports of spot, croaker, sea mullet, bluefish, and some small puppy drum. Next high tide is at 11:54 pm in Duck. The nearshore charters have been catching mackerel, bluefish, ribbon fish, and a scattered cobia. Our sportsman charters are catching lots of nice size speckled trout, and really big red drum. Our offshore full day trips are getting mahi, scattered tuna, sailfish, white and blue marlin. The fishing piers on the Outer Banks, Avalon, Nags Head, and Outer Banks Pier have been having good results on bottom fish, bluefish, and mackerel. Conditions are calm.
